Manipur link in ULFA calls

Tinsukia police have tracked two BSNL SIMs, used by Ulfa to make extortion calls to businessmen and tea planters in Upper Assam, to Manipur.
Tinsukia superintendent of police P.P. Singh told The Telegraph today that the SIMs of cell phone from which several persons had received extortion calls in the name of Ulfa (I), had been found to have been procured from Manipur.
