Manipur Cong blasts NPF over Naga integration

“Congress party in Manipur has blasted the Naga People’s Front (NPF), which has been trying to find a foothold in Manipur, saying the party contested the Manipur polls with a sole agenda on "Naga integration" and that "it is quite surprising that other political parties are welcoming it and accepting it".
On Thursday, Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) president Gaikhangam strongly affirmed that the Congress will never accept the NPF which has been threatening the territorial integrity of Manipur and appealed to the people to be aware of NPF.
On Thursday, Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) president Gaikhangam said the scheduled re-poll in 67 polling stations under nine constituencies in five hill districts on Sunday will be the "same as the January 28 poll" which was detected widespread cheating and intimidation to voters, if "adequate security arrangements" are not provided.
