Loneliness
Herojit Philem *
Is this really a life?
Being in the crowd, I do feel being alone
Pain in my heart makes me very weak
Summer has no heat; winter's chill I can bear
But the unbearable worrisome I can't bear.
I do visit places, I enjoy;
The smile from other's face doesn't reflect from my face.
Every single tick of the clock
Kills me thousands times
But I am not able to die.
My arms become numb wiping the unseen tears
And my legs now surrender to carry this body filled with stories which are not by anyone
Yet, all my bodily parts are united to be a friend of loneliness.
