Listen Modiji, We have NSCN IM sponsored individuals and a state Government against freedom fighters in Manipur!

Memorial stones inscribed with the words 'In defence of our ancestral land', in connection with the Anglo-Kuki War centenary commemoration
The fact that many colonial writers, as well as Indian writers depicting Anglo Kuki war 1917-1919 represent just "the tip of an iceberg' of the real event which had seen the Kukis unitedly fighting the British for 3 long years clearly suggest that it was one of the fiercest war of Independence against the British in defense of ancestral land and freedom.
In their design to deny the glorious history of the Kukis, few Manipur Naga individuals, proclaiming to represent some organizations have even stoop to the level of what is not expected from a sane person, whether literate or not.
It is unmistakable how these individuals are brainwashed and their minds intoxicated by NSCN IM's propaganda of fighting for Manipur Nagas even at the cost of the land and lives of the Kukis.
No intellect discussion is thus expected from them and their laughable stance of 'land belongs to us since time immemorial instead' and 'Anglo Kuki war doesn't exist' will find no takers from any sane individual, who have a basic knowledge of history of the freedom fighters.
It is indeed sad and understandable for descendants of few communities to feel ashamed of their ancestors and to aspire and envy the Kuki people now. They are welcome to commemorate the centenary years as they now have the opportunity to support people who love their ancestral land, unlike their forefathers who were messengers and servants to the British.
But any attempt whatsoever to disrupt the commemoration of centenary year of the Anglo-Kuki war, out of jealousy, envy or hatred will tantamount to displaying the same character and behaviour of their forefathers who were supporting the British conquerors when sons of the soils were fighting to protect ancestral land and freedom.
Most shameful would be to deny the heroics of those brave hearts, whose efforts even the enemy acknowledged. Such intentions from any quarter, big or small will be responded with the same vigour and scale with which our forefathers stood against the British in defense of their land and freedom.
The Government of India has an obligation to pay tribute equally to both mainland freedom fighters as well as the Tribals. The Kuki war of Independence or Anglo Kuki war a.k.a Kuki Rebellion was one of the most prominent war of Independence against British.
It is disheartening how the Govt. discredits the Kuki Bravehearts.
Unthinkable it is when the Manipur Government instead of acknowledging and propagating the history of the Kuki freedom fighters, is now ordering the stoppage of erecting memorial stone in commemoration of the centenary years of Anglo Kuki war just because a particular community is forced by alleged militants to voice against the commemoration.
That the Govt. is against the inscription of "in defense of our ancestral land and freedom" for a memorial of freedom fighters is sheer ignorance and an injustice to the Bravehearts who have stood against the mighty British.
The Govt. of India should look into the issue at the earliest and set the record straight so that Manipur state Government under Biren Singh is not just a puppet to few organisation with ulterior motives and the highly possible social unrest due to the diktat is avoided.
Most importantly, the GOI should look into gross injustices meted out to the Kuki people by successive Govt. in the state, who were a mute spectator when thousand innocent Kukis were butchered by NSCN IM during the 90s and who ordered disbanding the commemoration of centenary years of Anglo-Kuki war now.
