She highlighted them that they are misguided by one sided story of the people who are involved in Narco-Terrorism. She is on her official three-nation European visit.
The discussions in Brussels, which were not listed on the official parliamentary agenda of the day, were described as one of the historic maiden visit for her. She also told that Government are taking steps to maintain peace and harmony and law and order in Manipur. She is providing free education to the victims children who lost their parents in the ongoing violence.
“Over 35,000 children are currently out of school since 3rd May. And over 100,000 people has become homeless and over 200 people killed and hundreds of people still missing, Recently two students namely Linthoigambi and Hemanjit were brutally murdered by the Kuki terrorist. I want justice for them. I want Jusrtice for Manipur”, she stated.
She further addressed that, Manipur has a long history of over 5,000 years. We are also one of the minority tribal community of India. There is no Anglo-Kuki War in the history of the World.
The ongoing Manipur violenec is not a fight between a majority and minority community or between Meitei Hindu or Minority Christian, it is the fight between the two tribes. And also this violence is between the people who love the mother nature and the people who love to destroy our forest by planting poppy drugs.
“You will say something on table, in every climate meetings and conferences but you do something, considering only for your profits over our future. In one side, you will talk about green future but on the other side, you drop bombs and missiles to destroy our planet and the future of the millions of children. Stop this hypocrisy.”, she told the European leaders.
She also appeal to the leaders of the European Union to support in her fight for climate justice in the global south and also to support in her ongoing campaign to build a free residential school for the
victims children in the ongoing violence.
