Job Description

We are looking for a SQL 2000 / 2005 Developer with very good programming skills and good experience in ASP.NET, VB.NET using C#. The role offers the opportunity to work independently on challenging projects related to telecoms with very strict deadlines and with little or no supervision. Experience in financial reporting applications with reference to telecom domain is a plus.

Mandatory
Around 1-2 years application development experience in ASP.NET, VB.NET using C#.
Proven track record in ASP.Net Web application development using VB.
Excellent Transact - SQL and middle tier development experience.

Role: Platform Engineer
Location: Bangalore, India
Responsibilities
Development of SQL scripts for the purpose of process automation, such as:
o Data validations
o Data corrections and enhancements
o Data analysis and Report generation
o Service specific calculations

Identifying, using and integrating 3rd party components, such as, ETL, Business Intelligence, Reporting tools for process automation
Development and integration of process productivity tools into our technology platform facilitating the process automation

Required skills
· Demonstrable problem solving and analysis
· SQL and stored procedures programming skills. Optionally in MySQL environment
