The Telegraph | Pankaj Sarma | Guwahati, Sept. 2
India will seek the extradition of an international arms smuggler who was apprehended in Thailand for his alleged role in facilitating supply of Chinese arms to NSCN (I-M) militants... 57-year-old accused, Willy Naruenartwanich alias Willy Narue, figures high on the wanted list of the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
The other three accused, who were chargesheeted by the NIA in this case, are NSCN (I-M) leaders Anthony Shimray, T.R. Cavlin and Hangshi Ramson. Though Anthony Shimray was arrested by the NIA in September 2010, the other two NSCN (I-M) leaders are still absconding.
