About the Author
PROF. ARUN MOHANTY (b.1954) is the Director of Area studies and former Chairperson of the Centre for Russian and Central Asian Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. Professor Mohanty awarded Ph. D from USSR Academy of Sciences, Moscow, Russia and spent thirty years of his life in Russia, teaching at various Russian Universities before returning to India. In 2011, he was awarded the prestigious Pushkin Medal for his contribution for developing and strengthening scientific and cultural relations between India and Russia. He is the founding Director of Eurasian Foundation and Chief Editor of Eurasian Report.
DR. SUMANT KUMAR SWAIN (b.1977)is a Deputy Director of Eurasian Foundation, New Delhi and Assistant Professor, International Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR), New Delhi. Dr. Swain has awarded Ph.Dand also assigned as an Executive Editor of Eurasian Report. He has expertise in Central Asia and Russian political system, foreign policies and strategic interests, CIS and India energy security, Health and development issues. He has visited to Institute of Oriental Studies under Russian Academy Of Sciences, Moscow, Russia as a research fellow in different assignments under Indo-Russian Cultural Exchange Program by Indian Council for Social Science Research (ICSSR), Ministry of Human Resources, Government of India, New Delhi.
DR. DIPAK KUMAR DASH (b.1979) is working as Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Political Science, Christ College, Cuttack, Odisha. He has awarded Ph.D &completed PGJMC and MJMC. To his credit, he has contributed a number of research papers in journals and 15 texts and 1 reference books of high acclaim.
DR. MAMATA KHANDAYATRAY (b.1986)is working as Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Political Science, Paradip College, Paradip, Odisha. She has awarded Ph. D and completed PGJMC and MBA. She has membership in various associations related to academics. To her credit, he has contributed a number of research papers in journals and books of high acclaim.
