GoI may sign agreement without NSCN(K)

The Government of India is prepared to go ahead with signing of the Naga peace agreement without the NSCN(K) if the outfit does not join the peace process soon, reports The Assam Tribune.
Highly placed sources in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) told The Assam Tribune that the talks with the NSCN(I-M) and the coordination committee of six other militant outfits of Nagaland are progressing well and the Government is hopeful that the final agreement would be signed soon.
