Division hindering solution – UN told

While the Naga people have seen bloodshed from the decades old political conflict with India, the division among the Naga people themselves is one reason why they cannot attain the aspirations they are struggling for, a platform of the United Nations has been told.
A leader of the Naga Peoples’ Movement for Human Rights (NPMHR) recently addressed the 11th Session of the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, United Nations Headquarters in New York on May 15.
For about 30 years, Neingulo Krome told the session, the Nagas have seen how they themselves have become their own obstacle
