TNN | 01:16 AM, Tuesday, January 17, 2012, Dimapur:
NSCN (IM) general secretary Th Muivah has alleged that the Centre was trying to keep out the Naga people from the peace process by preventing the outfit from interacting with them.
Stating that the philosophy of the NSCN was "people-based" and they are inalienable in all decisions that would decide the common future, Muivah iterated the NSCN's commitment to the Naga people. NSCN (IM) Chairman, Isak Chishi Swu said they would soon go to Zunheboto and meet the Sumis. He added that the Sumis have been playing an active role in the Naga political issue and alleged that the intention of the government was to implement a "divide and rule" policy.
