Dear Sir
I have the honour to bring to your kind attention for urgent perusal and registration of a complaint regarding the arbitrary, summary or extrajudicial, or administrative execution of a minor boy of 15 years, a student, named Sapam Robinhood Singh by police personnel of the Porompat Police Station, Imphal East District of Manipur on 8th July 2015.
The details of the complaint and other documents annexed to the complain at attached herewith. Please note that due to the size of the Annexures I shall be sending the Annexures by separate emails under same subject line.
