Ashem Tondonba (Center) wins Gold in MuayBoran - Muaythai in World Martial Arts Games in Bangkok 2015
Yesterday night (17 March 2015) India made history in MuayBoran - Muaythai in World Martial Arts Games in Bangkok,Thailand at HauMak Indoor stadium. Ashem Tondonba of India won gold in MuayBoran championship in 63kg.
This is to be noted that he is the first ever Indian to win a gold medal that also with first round TKO in 60 sec. against Azlaguen Dalil of France.
It was a memorable and interesting bout and the ordiance in the stadium applauded him for his beautiful muaythai technical fight.
The president of Indian federation Mr. Prasenjit Singha and Mr. Thoiba Singha Coach of Indian MuayBoran-Muaythai team congratulated him for his historical sucess.
Mr, Prasenjit Singha and Thoiba Singh also particated in MuayBoran and Muaythai seminar and also gave gradings under the world federation.
