Felicitation-cum-Seminar on Career Guidance held

CCpur, May 31 2014 : A 'Felicitation-cum-Seminar on Career Guidance' was held at D.Vaison, Churachandpur on May 28 under the aegis of the Christ Ambassadors (Youth Dept.), North Eastern District (N.E.D.), Assemblies of God, East India (A.G.E.I.), Manipur, according to a statement released by D.Lalcha Haokip, Director, C.A., N.E.D., (M), A.G.E.I .

The programme was participated by successful students of Class X & XII under the BSEM & COHSEM.

Speaking during the programme, Rev..D.HHaokip, Superintendent, N.E.D, A.G.E.I (M) urged the successful students to tread on the right path and fear the Lord so that they may lead a successful life in the future.

Rev.Ngamthang Haokip, Secretary, N.E.D., A.G.E.I.(M) invoked a Blessing Prayer as he thanked and glorified the Almighty for His manifold blessings upon the students.

The second session of the programme was marked by a Career Guidance Seminar in which T.Lalboi Haokip, District Co-ordinator, CBDAP/DSSS presented paper on 'Drug Abuse & its Impacts among the youths' .

.KHaopu Gangte, District Project Officer of NYK Churachandpur delved upon 'Youth involvement in social activities', wherein he stressed the importance, responsibilities & challenges of the youths vis-à-vis the all-round development of the society, while James J.Doungel, Secretary of Lions Club International (Greater CCpur) & Ex- HRD (Recruitment Cell), Convergys Pvt.
