Thoubal, September 28 2026: In a monumental display of physical versatility, Md Ishtiyaque Hussain of A3 Fitness rewrote the history books at the 9th State-Level Mr Lamyanba Cash Prize Bodybuilding Contest 2026 by pulling off a nearly impossible clean sweep of the Junior and Senior (Open) bodybuilding and Men's Physique titles.

Organised by the Manipur Amateur Body Builders Association (MABBA) at the office of Nongpok Ningthou Youth Association in Yairipok, the event witnessed the A3 Fitness standout shatter traditional competitive boundaries.

Hussain managed to bridge the extreme gap between the heavy, hyper-muscular packages required for traditional bodybuilding divisions and the aesthetic, streamlined "V-taper" criteria of the Physique stage.

By simultaneously defying age brackets and opposing athletic disciplines, Hussain's extraordinary triple-title triumph marks a rare, era-defining "Grand Slam" that firmly establishes him as one of the most uniquely adaptable athletes in the region's storied bodybuilding landscape.

As Hussain claimed the Men's Physique Open title, Salam Nelson of Pravabati Fitness and Wahengbam Dhanaraj of Body Perfect Fitness, Patsoi secured the second and third places.

R.K Athoiba of YBB Gym, Pishum and Wangkheimayum Helish of KBB Gym, Tera were placed fourth and fifth in the competition.

In the Masters Physique competition, A3 Fitness' Th Kiran; MK Fitness' Chongtham Momo and A3 Fitness' Sairem Dharmendra Meitei made the top three finishes.

In the Junior Men's Bodybuilding segment, YBB Gym's RK Athoiba finished second and Body Perfect Fitness' Wahengbam Dhanaraj finished third.

A3 Fitness' Wahengbam Keilash and KBB Gym's W Helish; Pravabati Fitness' Salam Sanathoi and MK Fitness' Thiyam Angamba Meitei made 4th to 7th place finishes in the same competition.

In the Senior Open segment, Naorem Fredy of DJ Gym and Fitness finished third as MK Fitness' Chongtham Momo sealed the third place title.

Pravabati Fitness' Salam Nelson Luwangcha and I and J Fitness' Takhellambam Arvind were placed fourth and fifth in the same event.
