Imphal, December 11 2010: The 15 days Design and Technical Development Workshop in Appliqu� Workshop organized by the Socio Economic and Cultural Development Organisation (SECDO), Uripok Achom Leikai under the aegis of Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles, government of India commenced today.

Pradhan, Sapam Leirak Gram Panchayat, M Kiranbala graced the inaugural function as chief guest.

Ex Lead District Manager of UBI, Y Janaki was the functional president.

Functional Manager, Directorate of Commerce and Industries, Government of Manipur, W Berenjit and DC (Handicrafts), Th Rajen also attended the inaugural function as guests of honour.

Altogether 30 trainees are participating in the 15 days workshop.
