Imphal, November 10 2008:
Expressing worry that people of the State may face dearth of life saving drugs in coming days due to the economic blockade called by Senapati District Students' Association, Manipur Chemists and Druggists Association (MCDA) urged both the blockade supporters and State Government to bring a way out so that the State bound medicine laden trucks may reach Imphal at the earliest.
Conveying that trucks loaded with medicines are now being stranded at Guwahati due to the blocakade, MCDA also urged the SDSA to relax the blockade for the vehicles carrying life saving drugs.
