Imphal, September 18 2024:
Informing that Assam Rifles Unit Hospital, Keithelmanbi Garrison, swiftly responded to a snake bite emergency involving a 12-year-old from Khumbong village in Imphal West, PRO IGAR (S) said in a release that the medical team immediately administered treatment, stabilising the child's condition.
Following careful monitoring, the child was discharged in stable health.
This timely intervention saved the child's life and is a testament to Assam Rifles' unwavering commitment to the well-being of local communities, the PRO added.
