Diarrhoea Control fortnight launched in CCpur

Lamka, August 01 2014 : Intensive Diarrhoea Control Fortnight observance which is being held from 28 July to 8 August was launched today at Churachandpur District Hospital Campus with Phungzathang Tonsing, Minister of Health and Family Welfare as chief guest.

Langkhanpau Guite, Chairman of Autonomous District Council, Churachandpur and P K Jha, IAS Deputy Commissioner, Churachandpur also attended the function as Guest of Honour and President respectively.

During the launching function, Chief Medical Officer Dr Thangchinkhup Guite informed the gathering that ORS and Zinc capsules can reduce diarrhoea, and said that it can cure diarrhoea quickly.
