Imphal, August 24 2014: Machi Block Chiefs/Chairmen Association elected its new executive in a meeting held at Nungourok Village in Chandel District last Wednesday.

During the meeting, the association members unanimously elected L Angacha, Dk Modest and M Morung Dangsha as the new President, Vice-President and Secretary General of the Association.

While M Thamshing, L Givson Charanga and Ks Korung were also elected as the Joint Secretary, Treasurer and Secretary Information besides other three executive members for the tenure of 2014-2019.The election of the new executive members of the Association was conducted following dissolution of the incumbent executives.
