GP students flay Director

Expressing concern over frequent disturbance in functioning normal classes due to water logging, GP Women's College Student's Union has decried Directorate of Higher Education Director for not taking up any measure in this regard.
With the college campus being inundated with flood water coming from Nambul river, classes were suspended today as well.
Speaking to reporters student's union general secretary Th Priya said that water logging has been a great headache to students and teachers every time heavy rainfall occurs as the college does not have proper drainage system.
With flood water from Nambul river seeping into the college campus, Mani entrance gate, parts of college campus and college library are all flooded now.
She said that the Directorate of Higher Education Director has failed to look into the matter although the college student's union has been urging him since past many years in this regard.
