Imphal, September 15 2015: International Handicap Welfare Mission (INHAWEM), Manipur celebrated its 20th foundation event today at GM Hall, Imphal.

Speaking at the occasion MLA K Sarat said the physically handicapped people should not let disability hold them back in any way.

There are number of people who have excelled in various fields in spite of their disability.

Father of Handicapped (Pension doner), Padmashree Laishram Nabakishore, Award doner A Guni Devi, AMWJU president Wangkhemcha Shamjai, UCM secretary general YK Dhiren Meitei, Moidangpok GP (land Doner) pradhan Th Gambhir Meitei attended the event.

INHAWEM also handed over pension to selected handicapped.
