Imphal, September 28 2026: Manipur bagged four awards- two gold and two silver, at the 109th and 110th SKOCH Summit 2026 held at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, on September 26, 2026 .

The 109th and 110th edition centred on "Founda- tions of Inclusive Growth" and & "Banking Bharat for Inclusive Growth" .

The two silver awards were bagged by Imphal West Deputy Commissioner Mayanglambam Rajkumar Singh on the project - Mobile Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre for HIV/AIDS and Directorate of Printing & Stationery Director Ngangbam Roben Singh on the project - e-Gazette Manipur - A digital transformation of gazette publication.

The two gold awards were awarded to Kangpokpi DC Mahesh Chaudhari on the project - Hope Grown: reviving livelihoods for displaced families by black rice cultivation and Churachandpur SP Gaurav Dogra on the project - Hinchi, conceptualized to fight illicit poppy cultivation by providing sustainable alternate farming options.

It may be mentioned that throughout 2026, the SKOCH Group hosted multiple editions addressing governance, policy, and development milestones aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat (Developed India) .
