Law enforcing machinery and personnel have been put in place, particularly in the twin capital districts, to ensure incident-free celebration of the country's 60th Independence Day tomorrow.
Despite the general strike being enforced from mid-night till 5 pm tomorrow by several banned/armed organisations of the region, the Ibobi Singh-led SPF Government has galvanised all available security resources to celebrate the occasion in a grand manner.
