Speaking in connection with the protest, MPYCC president Wahengbam Anand alleged that the Union Budget 2025-26 is against the youth and partial towards few states.
He contrary to the era of artificial intelligence (AI), the budget has nothing for industries related to AI, automobiles, optics and science and technology.
Anand further claimed that the budget is clearly biased and aimed for political gain for Modi government.
It benefits particular states like Bihar, while it has no mention or special package for Manipur which has been burning for almost two years now, he said.
