Senapati, September 18 2024: The All Naga Students Association, Manipur (ANSAM) has submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister N Biren Singh, requesting strict adherence to ST reservations in admission to Medical Colleges of Manipur during the counselling process of NEET qualified candidates, 2024-2025 .

In the memorandum, ANSAM said that they appreciate all encompassing efforts of the Medical Directorate and Health Services, Government of Manipur in the ongoing process of NEET counselling for qualified candidates of the State Government nominees for admission into Manipur MBBS/BDS/BASLP courses, 2024-2025 at RIMS, JNIMS, CMC.

The Association expressed hope that the Chief Minister will uphold the rights and reservation of different categories in Manipur.
