MSCB links 16 PACS with Rs 92.23 lakh credit

Imphal, October 03 2026: Manipur State Co-operative Bank Ltd (MSCB Ltd) organised a credit linkage programme for affiliated Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) at its administrative office, Old Assembly Road, Imphal today.

The programme was attended by Registrar of Cooperative Societies.

Manipur, W Ibohal, General Manager (OIC), NABARD Regional Office, Imphal, Ramalingam Kasinathan, General Manager, MSCB Ltd, Bidyarani Ayekpam and president, Board of Management, MSCB Ltd, P Ranjit as presidium members, along with members of different PACS.

Speaking on the occasion, Assistant GM, MSCB Ltd, Naorem Randhir said that for the Kharif season 2026-2027, a total credit linkage of Rs 92.23 lakh has been provided to 194 members of 16 affiliated PACS.

Funds have also been earmarked to extend the benefit to 20 more PACS whose applications have been received, he said.

He added that apart from PACS, the bank is also providing various types of loans to needy people.
