Imphal, May 24 2013 : The Thoubal Police has congratulated Kshetrimayum Thoithoinganba Meitei s/o Ksh Rajen Singh and Sougrakpam (N) Ksh (O) Nonibala Devi of Thoubal Nongangkhong who secured the 8th position in the HSLC Exam 2013 conducted by the BSEM.

A statement issued by the SP of Thoubal, Dr Ak Jhaljit Singh also expressed appreciation to the father of Thoithoinganba, a Havildar in 1st MR and his mother, an LDC in the district police, Thoubal.

All ranks in the district police, Thoubal wished him a bright future, it added.

The Lamkang Kurchuknao Kunpun (Lamkang students' union) has congratulated all its members who come out with flying colours in the recently declared HSLC and HSSLC examinations results 2013 while wishing them the best in their future career.

A statement issued by president of LKK, Dilbung William Lamkang informed all candidates with first division and scored letter marks in any subject within the Lamkang community to submit photostat copy of their mark-sheets to the Education wing of the union on or before June 15 .

Maintaining that the State does not lack behind in the education sector, the LKK urged all concerned parents to be very careful in deciding the institutions for their wards as sending them out will not only effect the economy of the family but the State as a whole.

Meanwhile, the Thadou Students' Association, Chandel district has also extended heartiest congratulations to all successful candidates of the X and XII exams conducted by various boards while wishing them a prosperous career ahead.

At the same time, the president and members of Thangmeiband Assembly Constituency Development Forum congratulated Mirinda Mongbijam d/o M Iboyaima and M (O) Premila of Thangmeiband Lairenhanjaba for topping the HSLC exam 2013 while also wishing her a prosperous future.

A statement issued by the general secretary of TACDEF, RK Ningthemsana said Mirinda Mongbijam is the first from Thangmeiband to have achieved such feat.
