Exp - 3yrs
Diploma/Degree/Engineering
Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities:
Installation & Configuration
Installing & Configuring Citrix servers Upgrading Citrix servers Updating Applications / Server Components on Citrix servers

Administration & Troubleshooting
Installing and publishing application on Citrix Controlling access to applications Perform routing cleanup activities Perform Resource Management activities Perform activities relating to Citrix and application security.
Perform administration of associated products like CSG & STA Respond resolve all reported problems and requests.
Update tickets with comments about activities performed.

Monitoring and Preventive Maintenance
Monitor health of Citrix servers
Monitoring health of hosted applications on Citrix Perform routine maintenance activities on Citrix servers Perform adhoc maintenance activities as may be required.

Testing
Setup test environment for testing changes to Citrix production environments Evaluate impact of changes and make recommendations
Implement changes in accordance with the change control policies

Reporting
Perform routine reporting activities involving Citrix servers or hosted application Perform adhoc reporting activities as required by management or customers

Documentation
Create environment documents on a routine basis Perform periodic document updates

Projects and Initiatives
Perform activities related to automation, productivity enhancements Perform activities related to improving administrative processes

Others
Perform activities relating to Citrix, associated components, dependent environment or Applications hosted on Citrix as required from time to time.

2) Symantec Administrator
Exp - 2yrs+
Diploma/Degree/Engineering
Location -Mumbai

Skills- Symantec Cluster Exec Profile
* A minimum of 2 years in a Windows support environment including
* networking, SAN, clustering and database technologies. Experience of
* Veritas Cluster Server, Backup Exec for Windows Servers. Working
* Knowledge of other operating systems such as Linux, Unix, Netware.MCSE certification.

Veritas Cluster Server
The candidate knows how to manage failover of applications within a data center or to remote data centers.
Monitor, manage, and report on multiple Veritas clusters on Windows platforms.
Support Windows platform with out-of-the-box solutions for most database, application, and storage vendors Knowledge in disaster recovery testing without affecting the primary environment.

3) Helpdesk
Any Graduate with minimum 1.5yrs of experience
Location - Mumbai

Single point of problem recording, tracking and closing.
Categorize and assign the incidents to appropriate technical group and align to respective severity / priority group,
Update incident status to users periodically & as per the communication standards as and when the status changes,
Co-ordinate with vendors and carry out escalation when appropriate,
Generate daily, weekly and monthly report to the relevant authorities as per the reporting schedule and structure that is subject to capability of the tool,
Good communication skills
Logging incidents for the cases received on phone, and emails,
Monitor the Service Desk tool for open, and pending incidents,
Tracking cases till resolution.

4) Network Engineer L2
Minimum 4-5 years experience
CCNP or Equivalent
Diploma/Degree/Engineering
Location - Mumbai

(Cisco1900-4000 switches), (Router 2600,3600,7000) - Installation and Hardware configuration, knowledge of any of the monitoring tools together with:
Day to day operations management of the installed hardware and software system.
Monitoring - performance, change and Capacity.
Monitoring Link UP/DOWN
Monitoring Router / Switch Thresholds for CPU, Memory etc.
Monitoring Bandwidth Utilization.
Configuration and Details of LAN Diagram.
LAN/TCP/IP Configuration.
Link Re-routing - predefined
IOS Instllation and upgrade
Replacing defective parts,
Ongoing Health Check as per defined procedure.
Routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, Link state
Configuration and troubleshooting of VLAN

5) Position -Incident Officers
Any Graduate
Minimum 2-4 Yrs of experience
Location Mumbai

Monitoring Service Desk tool.
Coordinating with Service desk team for Open incidents.
Driving team to close incidents.
Prioritization of calls, depending upon the number of user getting effected and impact on the business
Managing SLA's for incidents logged.
Assigning Incidents to Problem or Change teams as well to specific domain leads.
Candidate from banking Enviorement is preferred
Candidate must be open work in shifts .
Candidate must possess excellent communication skill

6) Desktop Engineer
Diploma / Degree
Minimum 2-4yrs of experience
Location - Mumbai

Good Communication skills,should be open to work in shifts
Trouble shooting skill on Windows 2000/XP /2003 / Win NT/Win 2K/XP
Knowledge on Hardware Assembling and troubleshooting
Knowledge on DNS, WINS, DHCP,RAS Remote connectivity Tools
Installation and trouble shooting skills on all Microsoft Applications and Software's.
Should know basics of Networking.Experience is mailing clients (lotus notes or MS outlook) is must
Polite Customers interaction, attitude and Quick Analysis of problems is required.
