Numaligarh Refinery Ltd. (NRL) , subsidiary of M/s. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., a Miniratna Public Sector Company is operating a 3 MMTPA Refinery with a Marketing Terminal at Numaligarh, Assam and a Marketing Terminal at Siliguri, West Bengal with State of the Art Technology.

It has also set up a network of MS/HSD Retail Outlets covering North East, Eastern Region and parts of Northern and Southern Regions. NRL is looking for suitable candidates with relevant qualification for recruitment in the following Management cadre :

Post : Accounts Officer in Grade 'A'

Qualification : Should have passed the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Experience : Experience in Petroleum Industry would be preferred. Computer knowledge is essential.

Post : Fire Engineer in Grade 'A'

Qualification : 1st class degree in Fire Engineering from recognized Central/State Govt. Institutions preferably from NFSC, Nagpur.

Experience : Should be conversant with latest Fire Protection and Safety requirements for complex Refinery. Experience in Refineries or Petrochemicals/Fertilizer Industry would be preferred.

Pay Scale Grade 'A' – Rs.12,000 – Rs.17,500 (Under revision)

Stipend GET Rs.17500 (consolidated) as monthly stipend for one year and on satisfactory completion of the training, GETs will be placed in Grade 'A' pay scale.

General

• Upper age limit is 30 years as on 1st December, 2008 relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates for Grade 'A' position and G.E.T.
