Primary Responsibilities
1. Look after automatic sample analysis system. Verify its constant 24x7 operation.
2. Monitor the Anti-Spam update servers to verify their constant 24x7 operation.
3. Escalate problems in the automated systems.
4. Review and categorize spam, phishing and malware content
5. Provide feedback to the users, reply to their inquiries.(e.g. to Support).
6. Provide highest level of Customer service with quick and prompt responses to Customers.

1. Design and implement new features at both the kernel and user mode levels.

Primary Responsibilities

The Field Engineers assist technical support in resolving any and all issues regarding malicious activity seen within a customers environment and coordinate the appropriate response by the Avert Labs research teams.

Primary Responsibilities

About the Role
ICAM representative is assigned to Partner/Distributors to accelerate the Renewals and New Business. He/She would be responsible for Partner support in every aspect.

QA_Mgr_Supportability_10 Supportability

About the Role
Candidate will be required to lead a 10 member QA team spread across 3 geographical locations (India, Canada & Ireland). Primary responsibility will be to plan, test & deliver on the multiple supportability product lines that are developed to help reduce support costs for the organization. These are a combination of web based (ASP, .NET) & Client – Server (C++) applications which run on Windows & Linux OS. Candidate will be required to be hands on with the product & be able to guide and mentor the team technically.

About the Role
1. Act as point-of-contact for enterprise customers of McAfee Inc.
2. Handle real-time voice-calls and chats with technical queries.
3. Handle email queries and respond in a timely-manner.
4. Be able to achieve broad understanding of over 30 products of McAfee and gain expertise in at least 2 products..
5. Attempt to provide resolutions on the first interaction with customers.
6. Handle multiple cases at the same time with varying degrees of severity.
7. Work in a team with assorted expertise.
8. Update customers on progress of their cases on a regular-basis.

Technical Skills
