Title: Senior Software QA Engineer ( Hyderabad ) -

ISL Skill Sets: Individual contributor role - As a QA lead, the candidate should play active role in defining and implementing connectivity test strategy for the team. He is also responsible for testing Information Server , Test automation, Test coverage expansion, customer patch verification and new database tolerance testing.

Strong Database, ODBC skills, XML knowledge, Testing and debugging skills are required.Strong automation experience with GUI testing tools such as Rational Functional Tester, WInRunner, etc is required.

Title: Senior Software Engineer (Test Automation) -

ISL Skill Sets: Responsible for driving the Test Automation Strategy for the complete Information Server product suite. Also responsible for keeping the tests updated based on product modifications and changes in spec. Strong experience with test automation frameworks and experience with both API and GUI automation is required.

Experience using tools such as Junit, Rational Functional Tester or other automation tools is required. Experience in testing on Multiple Operating systems, shell scripts, Perl, Ant etc is required. Some amount of development experience -esp with Java langauage and architectural experience will be an added advantage .Extensive experience in manual & automation testing working with Automation Tools, Frameworks and devising automation solutions. Experience in maintaining functional test automation framework e.g. Junit, RFT or Maven etc. Some amount of development or architectural experience will be plus.

Title: Senior Software QA Engineer (WISD) -

ISL Skill Sets: Responsible for Development, execution, automation and maintenance of Websphere Information Services Director tests. Strong Development skills in Java, EJB, Ant and XML are required. Must have good understanding of SOA and databases. Must serve as a Technical leader and provide guidance to the team in various components of Shared Services. Candidates must have experience in preparation of test strategy, test plans and testing Java and EJB applications. Understanding of testing tools such as JUnit, RFT, WinRunner, etc is required

ISL Skill Sets: Work with extended team of User Interface Designers, Product Architects and Product Manager to lead a team of developers in the design and implementation of complex rich client/web based user interfaces. The User Interface tier of Information Analyzer deals with large volumes of data presented to the end user using various visualization techniques (Charts, Graphs, Grids) in a highly concurrent user environment .Technical Skills - Visual Studio .Net,C#, Rich Client Development,Rich Client Development,UML, XML,J2EE,SOA Minimum, 10 years work experience in the construction of software applications with an emphasis on the design and implementation of Rich Client User Interfaces dealing with large volumes of data, event based notifications and concurrent usage within an enterprise. Minimum 2 our more years experience leading small teams and mentoring junior developers. Solid debugging skills and experience with various debugging tools and strategies.

ISL Skill Sets: Product Test Management Role: Candidate is responsible for management of InfoSphere Tools test management Job includes but not limited to Test Strategy development, Preparation of Test plans, execution of test plan as per the product release schedule, close collaboration with partner lab, escalation of issues in a timely manner, etc. In addition, candidate is responsible for people management activities such as setting challenging business goals for the team members and guiding the team in achieving them, career development of the employees, understanding the training requirements etc.

Candidate must possess strong technical management and people management skills and experience in product development life cycle. Expereince in Business intelligence and data integration tools will be an added advantage. Title: Development Lead - Software SWG

ISL Skill Sets: 7-8 years of software design/ architecture experience. BE or Masters in Comp Science / Electronics. C++ programming, eclipse development environment and OO Design. Java programming in J2EE environment (common programming interface, messaging, transaction, db management etc. through EJBs), Rational Software Architect tool (including JUnit). Administrative skills on on at least 1 of IBM p-series, x-series, AIX, Linux.

Prior experience with the VMWare/ XEN/KVM environment. Strong storage management concepts. Basics of distributed applications architectures and debugging methodology, Desired: Maximo base services development, Desired: user-level knowledge of Tivoli Provisioning Manager workflows. Desired: user-level knowledge of Tivoli SRM catalog function
