The decision of the Supreme Court today restoring the CBI Director Alok Verma and quashing the illegal and conspiratorial decision of Modi Government is a slap on the policies and decisions of Modi Government. It is now clear that BJP and Narendra Modi . Scared of a possible probe into the Rafale corruption, Prime Minister and his Government panicked and in the middle of the night at 12 o’clock had illegally removed the CBI Director.

Supreme Court has today blown the lid of a concerted conspiracy hatched by Prime Minister Modi and his Government to remove the CBI Director in the middle of the night. Prime Minister Mr. Modi is the first Prime Minister of India, who in a despotic fashion virtually killed the independence of Central Bureau of Investigation i.e. the CBI so that it cannot investigate into the corruption of Rafale.

He is the first Prime Minister who has decisively decimated the competence as also the independence of Central Vigilance Commission i.e. the CVC. Not only this, four Economic Advisors of the Government and two RBI Governors had to make an unceremonious exit on account of the autocratic policies of the Prime Minister Modi.

For the first time in India’s history, four sitting Supreme Court Judges have to come out in public and say that they are disturbed by the lack of investigation in to the death of Judge Loya. Right from CBI to CVC, right from RBI to CIC, every constitutional democratic institution and every institution created by the law and the constitution has been trampled under his despotic wishes by the Prime Minister.

But Modi Ji, you must remember that your ‘Danda Tantra’ will not stand in front of the rule of the law and constitution as the decision of the Supreme Court has proved today. Governments have come and Governments have gone but the institutional integrity of our constitutionally and statutorily created institutions have always remained. Let the Supreme Court verdict be a lesson for you Modi Ji that you cannot trample upon the law and the constitution.

Let the Supreme Court decision be a lesson for Modi and his Government that, howsoever, despotic he may be, the law catches up with you in the end as it has done today.
