Auditions for 14th Edition of Mega Miss North East in Shillong

Shillong; May 23, 2016:

Mega Entertainment, north east’s largest fashion and pageant event organizer, announced the audition dates for the 14th Edition of Sunsilk Mega Miss North East today. Through these auditions, the pageant organizers will select 50 delegates from the eight northeastern states, who will vie for the coveted title of Sunsilk Mega Miss North East, supported by Fashion Partner Reliance Trends, Hospitality Partner Radisson Blu and Fast Track Entry Partner Vodafone U.

The Shillong auditions for the pageant will happen in Shillong on 25th May at Reliance Trends, Police Bazar. Prior to this, auditions were held in Itanagar on 20th May and Dibrugarh on 22nd May. Following this, the Sunsilk Mega Miss North East team will conduct auditions in Silchar on 26th May, Agartala on 28th May, Imphal on 29th May and finally in Guwahati on 31st May respectively.

Sunsilk Mega Miss North East is inspired by fashionpreneur Abhijit Singha the power house of fashion pageant industry of the region and will feature the most beautiful young women from the eight north eastern states- Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura, who will travel to the host city for the Grand Finale. During the strong competition the contestants will be judged in three categories: traditional wear, evening gown presentation and personality interview. Jessica Marbaniang from Meghalaya, Sunsilk Mega Miss North East 2015, will crown the winner at the conclusion of the pageant.
