Ringo Pebam and Alex Phairembam, who went to distribute the aid, said that the makeshift wall of Ema Nungthong Lairembee Relief Camp, Serou is made only half using tarpaulin; and if anyone wants to help, plastic tarpaulin or green-house net can be donated to cover up the open/ hollow space and make the makeshift half-wall full, to stop the cold wind from coming inside the Ema Nungthong Lairembee laikon where the IDPs sleep.
