Taking advantage of dying sedition law

During this temporary black-out of Sedition Law may I take the liberty to express my views to my heart’s content in the absence of rigorous Sec 124A of IPC.

Bloody hell, these buggers don’t know ABC and ruling the State and running the Government. They are all classless people (all fake certificate holders). Most of them are MA BF (matric appeared but failed). Today they are our bosses. Please don’t ask us to save soil, when we need to save water ; Sat Guru is going for Noble , don’t compete with him. This is flood time, do something to save water.

The State is ruined by big thieves, looters and smugglers. They say , they will finish Corruption. They are so ignorant that Corruption is a gentleman, having a strong backing from the Centre. So illiterate they are and talking nonsense - promising non achievable things.

Look at Arvind, he has realised that Anna is impossible . Nowadays he is milking money from Alcohol – see the idea, he is from IIT (though a failed IRS). Free water, free electricity (to a limit) , free bus ride to the fair-sex - all from Liquor.

Stupid IAS officers (History or Physics background) are giving lectures how to run a democracy and how to conduct free and fair elections. An IAS with a philosophy background is again giving a lecture on blue revolution; he does not know the names of the fishes. Let the experts speak or do the jobs – just arrange the required things as an administrator. Don’t poke your nose like me.

Police force is now too friendly as stated by the chief – people are not afraid of them these days - useless. Commands are bitten up by the Imas. Police is now almost merged with the common people. VDF is an emerging force; they are gaining respect from Autowalas, Rishawwalas, hawkers and daily wage earners, wrong-parking-walas etc.

Most respected citizens today are the State sponsored rovers – who can give funds to the poor , free mobiles to the students, laptops to the college going students, rice to the poor families, extending financial help to the patients. They are behaving like Robin Hoods.

I have no problem with that, I admire Robin Hood . But Robin did not hide anything for himself. These buggers are saving more for themselves – in the name of the next election.

These looters have looted money from the State treasury; works are done on paper. At the ground level , no work is done. State is getting Awards after Awards just because of the performances shown on the papers. Nobody dares to come and see the ground reality .Top ranking journalists told me that Awards can be purchased– I also believe that.

I am always in favour of extreme freedom of speech ( allowing galis also ), hyper liberal ideas, a world without boundaries , unrestrained human endeavours , doing and thinking anything, a planet without rulers etc. . These may be called Utopian ideas . Propagating unusual ideas is not analogous with spreading anarchy and lawlessness.

The Minister of Law is a legal expert , passed out from Delhi University ; and I believe most of the Supreme Court Judges might be having similar law degrees – might be having the idea of Laxman- Rekha .

I am also a legal loony and expert in Constipation law etc. I would suggest that all the laws like AFSPA, UAPA, NSA, Sedition etc. may be applied only in remote areas - NE, J&K, tribal areas etc. If These laws are applied in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Madras etc. – there will be problems. Federal Court, National leaders and mainstream people may become annoyed.

It is really sad to see the laws framed by the colonial masters are still in use. That shows our incompetence- we are still unable to replace old redundant laws. This particular Sedition law is 130 years old. The Prime Minister knows the futility of archaic and redundant laws; in his first term he scrapped more than 1800 laws .

In his second term he will certainly scrap more laws and statutes, most probably including AFSPA as indicated in Assam. Our CM sahib may think of doing away with useless State laws – for instance State Land Revenue Act which is outdated.

A new land revenue act may be formulated for the entire state including the Schedule areas (complicated but doable by giving Pata ownership to the hill men). Hollow legislators may not understand the utility of a uniform State land law. Let's try once again CM Sahib.

The Federal Court has given only temporary relief. Sedition law (124A, IPC) may come back anytime. Agreement between Legislature and Judiciary may happen in no time – only three judges are involved including CJ .

I must not cross the Laxman-Rekha – if it is again implemented retrospectively I shall be in trouble. My lawyer is also my wife, she has warned me from behind; don’t forget there is still NSA, UAPA, AFSPA and other more complicated laws, only Babloo knows. These are also beyond bribe & bail.
