Record high temperature

According to Europe's 'Copernicus Climate Change Service', 2023 has been marked as the hottest year ever. Due to climate change, the average temperature of the earth is gradually increasing.
Temperature records are being destroyed month after month, year after year. This is worrying, because high temperatures have devastating effects on ecosystems and human societies. In fact, the increasing temperature around the world with climate change will lead to many related environmental problems. Also gives birth.
Drought, flood and forest fire are its main forms. Due to higher temperatures, the increase in evaporation rate causes soil moisture to decrease, causing many areas to face drought.
Crop yield decreases due to drought. Due to this, human society faces the threat of food insecurity, poverty, unemployment and migration. At the same time, due to reduced water storage in reservoirs and falling groundwater level, a large population has to face water problems.
Rising global temperatures also invite floods. Just as temperatures rise, the air absorbs more moisture, leading to excessive rainfall and many parts becoming vulnerable to floods.
The overload of moisture in the air makes storms extremely vulnerable. At the same time, high temperatures help in the spread of forest fires, because fuels burn more easily at higher temperatures than at lower temperatures.
High temperatures absorb moisture from the forest, causing the greenery to dry out and become more vulnerable to wildfires. Heat also has negative effects on human health.
According to the organization, more than 1,66,000 people died due to heat waves from 1998-2017. At the same time, between 2000 and 2016, the number of people affected by heat wave increased by about 1.25 billion.
Obviously, extreme temperatures are also a major cause of weather-related mortality. The World Meteorological Organization reports that the extreme heat in the country in the months of April and June last year resulted in around 110 deaths due to heatstroke.
In 2021, 374 people died due to heatstroke. Another place to escape the high heat There is a need to be cautious, while work like plantation, reduction in use of plastic, promotion of public transport, adoption of renewable energy sources will also have to be continued. The work of preserving nature will have to be continued at every level.
Only then can this earth be made suitable for human life.
