IIM Udaipur Invites Applications forFull-Time OneYear MBA in Global Supply Chain Management for Experienced Professionals
IIM Udaipur partners with Purdue University which is ranked amongst top 5 public universities in the USA.


Synopsis:
o Formerly known as the 15-month PGPX diploma is now a 12-month full-time MBA in GSCM with two options.
o Option 1 offers one entire semester at Purdue University in the United States with a focus on global supply chain perspectives.
o Option 2 takes place entirely in India at IIM Udaipur, with a two-week international experience.
o It is designed specifically forcandidates with work experience of 3 years and above.
o The first round of online application starts from 5th August 2019 and ends on 15th October 2019.
o Some of the companies where the alumni of IIMU’s Global Supply Chain Management program are working include Accenture, Amazon, Dell, Ericsson, EY, Johnson & Johnson and Reliance.

With the ever-increasing need of business managers who can manage complex supply chains spanning multiple nations around the world, effective supply chain management is considered an essential competitive advantage.

Realizing this, IIM Udaipur introduced the12-month full-time residential MBA in Global Supply Chain Management, now with two options wherein one option offers dualdegrees - MBA from IIMU and MS from Purdue University - and the second option offers MBA from IIMU with two weeks of international experience. This unique program is designed for experienced professionals aiming at developing the potential of future leadersintending to work in top-level roles in large corporates.

IIMU strongly believes that leaders are best developed in a multicultural environment, being taught by world-class faculty. This program will also provide students withan opportunity to explore globally acclaimed practices in supply chain management while learningcomplex problem solving and critical thinking skills.

He further added, "Students pursuing the program in India also have a two-week International Business in Practice component which allows students to work for two weeks on a live business problem in a company in another South Asian country or the Middle East.

Complementing the curriculum would be professional mentorship;development of analytical skills with Bloomberg and analytics lab;freedom to choose electives to align with their career goals; andworking on group assignments and live industry projects."

Alumni of the GSCM program of IIMU are working in diverse roles in the e-commerce, manufacturing, consulting, IT, retail, pharma and logistics sectors. Some of the biggest names in industry have been partof IIMU's Global Supply Chain Management Program including Accenture, Amazon, Dell, Ericsson, EY, Johnson & Johnson and Reliance.

This is a full-time residential program, and admission is through the GMAT/GRE. The fees vary for OneYear MBA in GSCM from IIMU, and the OneYear MBA in GSCM withDualDegree.The fee structure is designed in such a way that a maximum number of students can become part of this coveted course. IIM Udaipur Admission: Eligibility Criteria
o Candidates with a minimum of 10+2 years of school education and a minimum of 4 years (for applying for the dual degree option) or 3 years (for applying for the IIMU exclusive option) of university education with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
o The GMAT/GRE score is the standardized test score for the program; any candidate with a valid GMAT/GRE score can apply.
o Relevant work experience of a minimum of 36 months.
