Referring to the statement that has been incinerated , the greed that resurfaced upon the cluster of enough narcissist full bellies manipulated and completely dry them off by their selfish greed.

On the contrary, the rising of powerful people who has a hand in the process (from plantation of poppy to transport of illicit drugs) has been an headlines ever since it emerged. Commencing in the name of medication purpose, but the intentions was otherwise, enlightened by the charms of money value, half of the deceiving products( illicit drugs) are scored as easy money. And the percentages has been added up to keep the market unexposed and un-intact.

Now lets take a little tour on this half of that products and see how and where it landed. Tons of millions of this illicit drugs has been flown, trade, landed astrayed and multiplied in various targeted top cities for big number, under criminal organization, enterprises, kingpins, industries, holding hotel's even in the union 5.0's on the low key.

Easiest means are provided through club, bar, colleges, schools and so on. Psychology states the tendency of this trilled are most high among teenagers and the early adults. The hope of high profit buried the idea and challenges reason to the user's consequences rather than support.

Top businessman with zero political idea took the leading role embraced it political responsibilities with un imaginable promised to the society as a whole, and reckon the public with minimum effort for maximum ballot through legit of illegal drugs.

And we are suspicious that, there may be a lot's of so – called laboratory in the state to cook the heroine. You know, nowadays heroine are easily available and it doesn't cost too costly.

Now there's no Red Line Area as North AOC is getting clean under the banner War on Drugs, but the mushrooming of illicit drug peddler in every street and square are on the rise as well as users.

The above mentioned will continue and be its shadow as long as human race exist. As I, one of many victims. Born and raised in this small state Manipur, where illicit drugs are on toleration. State government of Manipur has been taking up issues regarding all these disaster.

But why is it failing? Were they mis – programmed? Anyway instead of giving plausible reason among each other, it's the right time to consider the outcome and stabilize the ongoing fluctuation of liberty toward diversity. To the point where I stand, suggest an authentic policy based on health and public safety issues. We need to re –think, re – consider and re – organized with the expertise and stakes holders.
