MMAB ANNUAL YAOSHANG SPORTS MEET, 2014 SCHEDULE
Date: Sunday, 2nd March 2014
Venue: Gopalan International School Sports Complex, Seetharampalya, Hoodi
(Whitefield), Bangalore 560048
Match: Best of 3; 21 Points
Entry fees:
100/- for each player

Date: Saturday & Sunday, 8-9 March 2014
Venue: Adugodi Police Ground, CAR, Adugodi, Hosur Road, Bangalore 30.
Landmark: Opp. Star Bazar

Rules & regulations/Information:

Football:
1. Each football team should have eleven (11) players with seven(7) substitutes.
2. Each team should send in the players' names' list along with first name and surname of all Sixteen(16) minimum and eighteen(18) maximum players, one player's contact number and email Id of each team(mandatory).
3. It is mandatory to wear football boots during the matches.
4. Matches will be played either knock out or league basis will communicate or inform later.
5. Most of the FIFA rules will be applicable with some exceptions like number of substitutions, duration of match etc
6. Teams should arrive on time for the matches. Otherwise, walk over may be awarded to the opponent team.
7. The teams should maintain uniform jerseys & shorts.
8. The trophy will be running and carry a cash prize.

Table tennis, badminton, carom and football:
A. Last date of submission of entries: 1 March 2014.
B. Players should send their entries to [email protected] along with their first name and surname, contact number and email Id (of at least one player in case of doubles and team) with the subject in the below format.

General:

1. It is mandatory for all the members/guests to pay registration fee (Lunch & for all sports) Rs.300 for 10 years old and above, Students Rs.250/- and Rs.100 for 5 to 10 years old guests(Free for 5 years and below). Registration & confirmation is very important. Please make sure you have your lunch coupons in hand or confirm to your near MMAB executive member well in advance prior to the Sports meet.

2. The fixtures for football matches will be prepared 2nd March 2014, for all football teams at least one representative should come to Gopalan Sports Academy along with their registration fee.

4. Come in your sports shoes and outfit.

5. Water and refreshment will be provided by MMAB at the venue.

6. Lunch will be served between 12 pm and 2 pm.

7. This full day outing cum sports day (9th March 14) is open to all, not limited to MMAB members.
