Denouncing the ill-conceived Cabinet decision of the then Okram Ibobi Singh Government on this day (10th February) two years ago, the Khousabung Sub Division Demand Committee (KSDDC) observed 'Black Day' at Justice Square in Khousabung DCC Headquarters in Henglep Assembly Constituency of Churachandpur District, Manipur on 10th February 2018.
