RULE, Blue Hawk, PCC victorious in Men's U-19 One Day Trophy

RULE Meitram, Blue Hawk Khurai and PCC Mayaikoibi notched up comfortable wins in Wednesday's fixtures of the MNCA Men's U-19 One Day Trophy.
RULE outplayed TRAU Kwakeithel by 83 runs in their Group C match at Oriental College.
Batting first, RULE were all out for 159 in 36.4 overs.
In the innings, Sanjembam Somokanta (46), Konthoujam Sanjit (37), Manikhomba S (14), Irengbam Jepson (13) and Indrakumar S (10) were the batters who scored in double digits.
Despite their mediocre batting performance, RULE rode on a terrific bowling show spearheaded by Pravesh to secure a massive 80-run win.
Pravesh made his mark with a haul of 5 wickets as Sunil Kumar took two, with Sanjenbam Somokanta and Rojit Angomba chipping in with one apiece.
Birbal Irom (16) was the lone run-getter in double figures in TRAU's dismal run chase.
Blue Hawk, meanwhile, enjoyed a 7- wicket drubbing of PTCC Patsoi in their Group D meeting at Luwangpokpa Cricket Stadium.
Put in to bat, PTCC were bundled out for 144 in 29.2 overs in their innings that saw L Anao (39) and M Thouba (21) emerge as the only performers.
For Blue Hawk, Wasim Khan led the scalping with three wickets, followed by M Romesh, Rex Waikhom and S Nandakishore who each claimed two wickets.
The Khurai side then chased down the target in 26.4 overs with the help of Siddarth Irom (40), S Nadakishore (36), Wasim Khan (21 not out) and Manas (11).In the process, Blue Hawk, lost two wickets to L Anao and one to M Gunggung.
At Cherapur (Thoubal), PCC beat Al-Ameen by 3 wickets.
PCC dismissed Al-Ameen for 145 in 28.1 overs and chased down the target in 37 overs.
' T Vikash (39) led the successful chase, with helpful contributions from K The mission (37), Pravin Kumar (22), Dilshan (7 not out) and L Anjan (7 not out) .
For Al-Ameen, Arif Muhamed and Md Ziour Rahman took two wickets apiece while M Abdul Wakil and Washim Akram bagged one each.
