State Sepak Takraw champ: SWC wins jr girls double

Imphal, June 13 2013: SWC has clinched the title of league winner of Jr.

Girls double regu event of the ongoing 14th Mini, 16th Sub-Junior, Junior Boys & Girls and 19th Men & Women State Sepak Takraw Championship.

In the semi final match of the regu event played today at Khuman Lampak Indoor Stadium, SWC defeated SAI 3-1 .

PUC beat SAI (b) 3-2 and LKYDA lost in the hands of SAIRC (A) 3-0 in the 2nd semi-final match of the Jr boys regu event while SAI smashed IMSUC 3-1 in the final match of the men's double event.

Women double event was won by MPSC by routing IMSUC 3-1.In mini-boys final, SWC (A) beat SWC (B) 2-0 .

In the league round matches, SAI beat YAWA 3-0; YAWA by LKYDA 3-0; LKYDA by SAI 3-1 .
