Imphal, February 23 2009: In today's match of the 5th Naorem Bhubon Memorial DSA Trophy State Level Football Tournament, 2009 organised by the District Sports Association (DSA), Kakching at its ground, the Anouba Imagi Mangal (AIM), Khabam triumph after defeating its opponent Friendship Sporting Club (FSC), Kakching.

Altogether eight different teams are participating the tournament which has been scheduled to conclude on March 10 next.

AIM, Khabam defeated FSC, Kakching 5-2 and won today's match.

The players of AIM played the match with full coordination among themselves from the very beginning.

The first few minuted of the match showed some real actions between the two teams as they tried to dominate over one another.

Herojit of AIM scored the first goal of the match in the 7th minute of the match.

Players of FSC tried at their best level to equalise the score position.

As a result of their hard efforts Wangpol of FSC striked one goal against AIM in the 9th minute of the match equalising the score position.

After the goal of Wangpol players of AIM started to playe the match more substantially than before and striked many goal attempts against their opponent.

They scored four successive goals against FSC and stunned the players of FSC and the spectators.

Daya scored two goals in the 13th and 73rd minute of the match.

Jiban also scored one goal against FSC in the 64th minute of the match.

Herojit scored his second and his team's last goal against FSC in the 76th minute of the match.

With sunken heart players of FSC played the match in the hope of striking back at least one goal against their opponent team.

As a result of their efforts, they managed to strike back one goal against AIM in the 86th minute of the match.

The goal was scored by Amol Khulal of FSC.
