Imphal, July 05 2015 : The Repartee of Wari Liba, Manipur today announced pension facilities and other awards for individuals engaged in Wari Liba (story-telling).

Repartee of Wari Liba director Shyamkumar Singh during a press meet held at Thouda Bhabok Leikai today said the organisation would soon come up with life time pension scheme for Wari Liba artistes, Young Talent Award, Tamphajao Memorial Wari Liba Award and a Wari Liba festival in honour of late Shanglakpam Tamphajao and Ngaseppam Tombi to promote the form of the unique art.

Beneficiaries of the said pension scheme would be granted a sum of Rs 200 per month.
