Imphal, January 19 2014 : Japanese Hospital Manipur today distributed meritorious awards to three of its staff, who are currently undergoing training at Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences, in a function held at the conference hall of JNIMS today.

MP Dr Th Meinya and Japanese Hospital President TM Rajen Ayangba were the chief guest and president of the function.

Speaking at the occasion, Dr T Meinya said that health care facilities of the State still need modern equipment.

He also exhorted the health workers and doctors to work with dedication in the service of the people.
