Nupi Marup demands resignation of Mirabai

Imphal, April 16 2015 : All Manipur Nupi Marup demanded resignation of Social welfare Minister, AK Mirabai for her insensitivity and arrogance towards the Old Pensioners which has cost a life of a senior citizen Irengbam Purnimashi (70).The All Manipur Nupi Marup President, Sakhi , the group condemned the mass distribution when their respective accounts were opened for the purpose.

It further said that such demeanor has clearly proved the desperation of the Minister to grab some amount from the total funds arrived for the Old Age Pension.
