Imphal, December 07 2014: The proscribed People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak-Progressive (PREPAK-Pro), in a statement, has refuted the claim of Manipur Police PRO saying that Takhelambam Yaiphaba Meitei (35), son of T Muhindro alias Koba of Kongba Laishram Leikai, who was arrested by Imphal West Police Commando from Kangla Gate on December 3, is not related to the outfit in any manner.

The claim of Manipur Police was just a ploy to tarnish the revolutionary movement of the region, the statement added.
