Imphal, May 02 2016: The 23rd Foundation Day of Malem Icon, Khabam Lamkhai, Imphal cum book discussion on Sanglakpam Achou Sharma's trilogy "Meiri Chenba Nungsit" was held today at Manipur Press Club.

The function organised by Malem Icon was attended by Professor Huirem Bihari, convenor, Manipur Language Ad- visory Board, Shahitya Academy, W Muhindro, president Malem Icon, Imphal and A Chiteshwar Sharma, Shahitya Academy Awardee as the chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.

Dr K Shantibala Devi, Assistant Professor, Manipuri Department, MU also attended the programme.
