Imphal, November 01 2012: Maj Gen KK Sinha, SM, GOC and all Ranks of the Red Shield Division have extended warm greetings to the people of Manipur, Assam, Tripura and Mizoram on the festive occasion of Diwali.

The GOC expressed hope that the festival of lights will light up the lives of people of all communities and bring joy and bring peace and prosperity to all communities.
